Return Policy

Customer Satisfaction

We want you to love your purchase - should you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receipt at We aim to deal with all situations fairly and appreciate your feedback.


If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 5 days of receipt at to start the return process. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Sale items
  • Special order items
  • Used products
  • Perishable goods and food items
  • Health and personal care items
  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Carefully pack up your items with proof of purchase and send them to the address provided. Once we have received and ensured of original condition, we will notify you of receipt and of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method (store credit may also be requested). Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.


Due to shipping logistics and a fast turn over rate, exchanges are not possible - we are able to issue you a store credit - please email if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.


If you wish to cancel or adjust your order please email within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. Refunds on cancellation are subject to a 5% processing fee.

The Block & Co is not responsible for stolen, mis-delivered packages or returned packages due to customer error. Please ensure your shipping address is correct when checking out. If your package is returned to us you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee.
